Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations when such failure or delay results from any case that is beyond the reasonable control of that party. Such causes include, but are not limited to industrial action, civil unrest fire floods, storms earthquakes acts of terrorism acts of war governmental action or any other event that is beyond the control of the party in question.
Our quotations are produced with as many as details like fair estimates, product pricing, choosing the product and the value of the market deals. Also, we possible to avoid any misunderstandings. If something is missing or customers would like to add, please let us know & we will go through the quotation accordingly your way. Any additional works found necessary are to be agreed upon with the client & a separate revised or extra to-contact question will be provided.
No waiver
No waiver by us of any breach of these terms and conditions by you shall be considered as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
Severance
If one more of these Trams and conditions is found to be unlawful, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, that/those provisions shall be deemed served trams the remainder of these terms and conditions (which will remain valid and enforceable)

Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be administered by and deduced according to the law of England and Wales and all disputes arising under the agreement. (Including non-contractual disputers of claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
